OZ Funds help expand Santa Fe College in Gainesville, FL

“OZ funds  and  a $4.8 – million grant help fund and expand  and build Florida’s Santa Fe College. They intend to expand the growth the Blount Center which is the college’s Center of Innovation and Economic Development. More than $1 million in local funds will be provided for this project that is located in a Florida Opportunity Zone. ”

 

The Economic Development Administration (EDA) has awarded a $4.8-million grant to Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida, to help construct and expand the college’s Center for Innovation and Economic Development (CIED) at the Blount Center. The project is located in an Opportunity Zone and will be matched with more than $1 million in local funds.
