Legislation Introduced to Tighten Up Opportunity Zones

A new proposed legislation is being introduced to tighten up #Opportunityzones and remove loop holes from the initiative. Now, The Opportunity Zone Reform Act (H.R. 5042) is in being considered after the backlash the #OZ initiative had received regarding OZs and how they were benefiting the rich and not the distressed communities. If the OZ Reform Act is passed, it will remove certain OZs from communities that are not distressed.
